Our Mission
Katherine Kekel
Katherine Kekel has devoted her life to saving & improving the lives of animals. From the age of 13, she has passionately been working with the Cherokee County Animal Shelter, being involved in every step of the shelter process.
She has been on staff since 2012.

In her spare time, she continues her passion by helping pet owners with in home training.
When not helping others adopt or train their dogs she is spending time with her rescued dogs & cats: Ruggles, Molly, Calypso, Butters, Broccolini & Noodles.
